White Kitchens How Many Ways?

White kitchens have been popular for some time now. White kitchens are timeless and certainly won’t be going out of style any time soon. So how do you create a white kitchen that is perfectly suited to yourself and your family? Here are a few ways to make your kitchen uniquely yours.

White and Wood

White perimeters and wood toned islands are a great way to add a contrast to your kitchen. Oftentimes, the existing hardwood floor will remain in the kitchen. Adding a darker stain on the island cabinetry is a great way to bring in the warmth of wood without having too much of the same color throughout.

The dark gray stain on the island ties into the mosaic and veins of the countertop, and stands out from the warm stain floor

A Pop of Color

You may choose to incorporate a color into your kitchen. The island or even base cabinets are the perfect place for a pop of blue, gray, green… the options are endless! Ask your designer about which colors would fit your home and personality.

All White

You may decide to forego the two-toned cabinetry idea. A great way to break up the white cabinetry is to add a second color countertop. A wood island or contrasting stone is a great way to bring focus to the island.

Three Toned

Looking for something even more unique? A three toned kitchen is a great way to incorporate multiple finishes, colors, and / or wood species into your home. Your designer will be able to assist  you in pulling together multiple finishes to create a cohesive and show stopping kitchen.
